- Side to side: Get moving! Our machine feeds balls and sweeps from side to side.
- Forward & backward: Our machine moves you forward by feeding shorter balls and then pushes you to move back by feeding deeper balls.
- Mixed Combination: Challenge yourself with a mix of side to side & forward and backward modes, used together to give players a varied and unexpected practice time!
